The Adventure of Monkey Man and the Mountain of Laundry by LaDawn 11-13-11
Monkey Man, Two Eyed Chuck, and Sneaky Sue were troubled. They didn't have clean clothes. Monster Mom came and told them to get a pot, a rock, and some soap and start scrubbing.
Monkey Man said, " We will not do such a thing, I will resuce our dirty clothes from this hard fate. "
Our three friends gathered there clothes and made a plan.
Two Eyed Chuck said, " we could put them in the bath tub and scrub them as we shower."
Sneaky Sue said, "lets just throw them all away and buy new ones."
Monkey Man put on his cape and came to the resuce. " We will go to the magical place where our clothes will get clean."
So they told Monster Mom they had a plan. Monster Mom agreeded and told the three to load there clothes in the car.
The three pushed, stacked, stuffed and hauled all the dirty clothes into the car.
Monster Mom got the keys and stuffed the kids in the car. "How will we accomplish this task?" asked Monster Mom.
Monkey Man said, " first we need quarters and soap and those tissues to dry" Two Eyed Chuck said, " then we need lots of machines, " and Sneaky Sue said, " I will use my super speed ,run to the store and get the quarters. " off she went.
Monster Mom told the three to unload all the clothes from the car and fill up the machines. Monkey man using his super strength lifted the basket. Two Eyed Chuck used his pushing power and stuffed the clothes in the machines. Monkey Man, Two Eyed Chuck and Sneaky Sue ran from machine to machine pushing in the levers, and pulling down the lids. Soon they all heard the sound of rushing water.
Monkey Man paused...............................................
"What's that ? " he said, Sneaky Sue looked around courious while Two Eyed Chuck went to investigate.
Placing an ear close to the Machine Monkey Man thought," It's starting to shake" he said Monster Mom just took a seat and waited. Before long the three had assumed there fighting positions.
Sneaky Sue smoothed out Monkey Mans cape in preperation of flight. Two Eyed Chuck started Karati Chopping. It seemed to Monster Mom the three were going to battle.
Monkey Man jumped into the basket and closed in on the noisy machine. Using butt power Sneaky Sue pressed against the lid. Two Eyed Chuck swinging his arm and held onto the lid. Soon the shaking stopped and the three took a collective glance at Monster Mom.
Monster Mom said, " we must resuce the clothes before the shaking starts again. Grabbing basketws opening lids they started the task.
"Oh No! " Monster Mom said, " we have an appointment in ten minutes.
